CEP Telecoms Acquisition and Planning team many of whom are RICS and/or RTPI Chartered are drawn from a wide range of backgrounds (ex-operator; private practice; infrastructure providers; local authority planning) giving our team specialist industry insight and expertise.

We have been at the forefront of new site rollout for operator clients since 2001 and more recently instrumental in the largest UK 5G Street Works roll out. Our experience in acquisition, planning and design is unrivalled in the UK having been responsible for tens of thousands of telecommunication installations. Our team has extensive first-hand experience of the acquisition and planning process from site selection right through to build handover.
